CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT & DEBT COLLECTION

Credit Risk Management and general consulting services are being attended to by Nemesis, whereby the actual Debt Collection Services are currently being outsourced and rendered in association with nominated registered Debt Collection Companies and where required associated Attorneys whom are registered with the CFDC and Law Society and holds a valid fidelity fund certificate.

·   In normal practice Credit Risk Management and Debt Collection is conducted in 3 stages  via :

   ·  (2) "Debt Collection" via "Court procedures":

    Legal action is instituted and  continued until Judgment and relevant Court Orders are obtained to ensure payments from commercial (“business to business”); Commercial  and non-commercial (“business to consumers and vice versa) and non-commercial (from consumers / individual debtors”). such as forwarding the relevant legal notices , consultations, tracing and adverse credit listing of the debtors on the credit bureaus.

   ·  (3) "Customized Debt Collection Solutions":

    is done according to the profile of  client’s debtor book and the extent to which the client wish to pursue the collection, for example some clients request a "soft" and gentle collection approach against their debtors, whilst some wish for us to pursue urgent legal action.

OTHER DEBT COLLECTION  

·  Recovery of Financed Assets : Repossession of motor vehicles and goods are undertaken within the guidelines of the applicable legislation.

·  Bad Debt Solutions : and evaluation of business and Individual financial bad debt structures and assisting in solutions.

·  Tracing Debtors
