FREE DEBT COLLECTION SOFTWARE  - "CDC LITE"

• The software is only available upon the completion of a Nemesis Debt Collection training course and for Debt Collectors registered with the Council for Debt Collectors and holds a valid registration certificate.

H Smit / Nemesis Legal Consultants received written Certification of the Credit Risk Management services rendered to the Council for Debt Collectors

CERTIFICATION:

• H Smit / Nemesis Legal Consultants / M & H Software , Debt Collection Courses / Training Manuals / Presentations /  Legal Documentation / CDC LITE Software (currently provided by the CFDC to all registered debt collectors)/ M & H Visual Court Software was presented to COUNCIL FOR DEBT COLLECTORS (CFDC), whom issued a Certification on 11-12-2018 that The Debt Collection  Material and Software presented to them, complied with current legislation and would recommend same.

Nemesis legal assisted and supplied the software developer of the CDC LITE debt management software program of the Council for Debt Collectors with legal documentation and legal technical assistance which was incorporated into the software. The CDC LITE debt management software program is made available to registered debt collectors.
